Recover the revenue already sitting in your inbox.
Innovex tracks open proposals, stalled clients, and unpaid invoices — then runs follow-up until you get a reply or get paid.
Built for boutique agencies, consultants, and professional service firms. Now onboarding a limited group of founding firms.
Product preview — illustrative data
Built for the firms that run on proposals and invoices, not pipelines and leads —
"I kept watching firms do great work, then quietly eat the cost of proposals and invoices nobody followed up on. Innovex is the follow-up system I wanted to exist — not another CRM, just the part that was falling through."
— Christopher, Founder
Nobody loses this revenue on purpose. It just goes quiet.
Three ways it happens on every team we've talked to — none of them your team's fault, all of them fixable.
The proposal black hole
You send it, feel good about it, and move on to the next client. Three weeks later someone asks "did we ever hear back from them?" — and nobody knows.
Unpaid invoice drift
An invoice goes out, a client goes quiet, and chasing it feels awkward enough that it keeps sliding to next week — for weeks. That's cash you already earned.
Memory-based ops
"Who's supposed to follow up on this?" only has an answer as long as the one person who remembers is around, paying attention, and not buried in three other client fires.
If any of that sounds familiar, the fix isn't more discipline — it's taking it off a person's memory entirely.
Everything the follow-up needs, nothing your team has to remember.
Three parts, one job: stop revenue from going quiet.
Follow-up that sounds like you, not a bot
Set the cadence once — day 3, day 7, day 14 — and Innovex sends it, in your voice, from your own inbox. The moment a client replies, the sequence stops. Nobody gets double-chased.
- Cadence and tone set per client, per project, or firm-wide
- Sends from your real address — replies land in your normal inbox
- Auto-stops on reply, payment, or signature
See every dollar that's gone quiet, in one board
Every open proposal and unpaid invoice, ranked by dollars and days of silence. Your team works the board top to bottom instead of digging back through email threads.
- Ranked by revenue at risk, not just recency
- One view across every client, project, and partner
- Assign an item to whoever owns that relationship
Sent
Followed up
Replied
Signed / Paid
Turn “maybe” into a number on the board
Track sent, opened, replied, and paid across every client and every month. When a renewal conversation comes up, point to the number instead of a feeling.
- Revenue recovered, by month and by client
- Response and close rate for every sequence
- One-click PDF report for partner meetings
No CRM migration. No new inbox.
Innovex works alongside what you already use — it doesn't ask you to replace it.
Connect Gmail
Read-only on the threads you point us to, or forward proposal and invoice emails instead — no inbox access required either way.
Innovex finds what's open
Every outstanding proposal and unpaid invoice gets pulled onto one board, ranked by dollars and days quiet.
You approve the message
Innovex drafts the follow-up in your voice. Nothing sends until you click approve — one at a time, or set-and-forget once you trust it.
It runs until they answer
Follow-up continues on the cadence you set and stops the instant someone replies, signs, or pays — never a double-chase.
Setup takes one afternoon, not a quarter — no migration, no new tool your team has to learn.
Honest about what's live today.
We'd rather ship fewer integrations well than promise a list we haven't built yet.
Built for firms that live on proposals and invoices — not another general-purpose tool.
A spreadsheet can remind you. A CRM can log the deal. Neither one chases the money for you.

Built around how service firms actually lose revenue.
Different work, same blind spot: something you already sold, going quiet.
Agencies
Retainers renew off relationships, not paperwork. When a proposal for new work sits unanswered, that's growth you already earned, sitting on the table.
Consultants
You're the one selling and delivering. Chasing your own invoices between client calls is the first thing that gets skipped — until it's three invoices deep.
Professional service firms
Multiple partners, multiple client books, one shared blind spot: nobody has a single view of what's stalled across the whole firm.
Conservative math, not a growth-hack promise.
We're pre-launch, so we won't hand you a fake "3.2x more replies" stat. Here's the actual arithmetic.
These are modeled, conservative figures based on typical service-firm follow-up patterns — not audited customer results. We'll publish real numbers once our founding cohort has them.

Questions firms actually ask us
Does this replace our CRM?
No. Innovex isn't a CRM — it doesn't do lead scoring or deal notes. It's focused on the money already sitting in your pipeline: proposals waiting on a signature, invoices waiting on payment.
Will the follow-ups sound like spam?
They shouldn't — they send from your real inbox, in a cadence and tone you set, and stop the moment a client replies, signs, or pays. You review and approve the sequence copy before it ever goes out.
Can I approve every message before it sends?
Yes — that's the default. Every drafted follow-up lands in an approval queue first. You read it, edit it if you want, and click approve before anything reaches your client. You can turn on set-and-forget sending later, per sequence, once you trust the drafts.
Do we have to give you access to our whole inbox?
No. You can forward specific proposal or invoice threads to your Innovex address instead of connecting an inbox at all.
How long does setup actually take?
Most firms are connected and seeing their first board of open proposals and invoices within an hour. There's no data migration and nothing to import — Innovex reads what's already in your inbox.
What happens after a client replies or pays?
The sequence for that thread stops immediately — nobody gets a follow-up after they've already responded. A signed proposal or paid invoice moves to "Signed / Paid" on your board and counts toward your recovered-revenue reporting.
We're smaller than $1M, or bigger than $20M — still worth talking?
We're building specifically for firms in that range — small enough that one stalled invoice matters, big enough that you can't chase every one by hand. Reach out anyway; we're still shaping who this fits.
What does “design partner” pricing actually mean?
We're pre-launch and working closely with a small group of firms to build the product. Design partners get the rate on this page locked for 12 months, direct input on the roadmap, and white-glove setup — in exchange for feedback and a short case study once we see results.
